Dear Amanda and Gary
A brief note to say thank you for helping me with the purchase of the pool and air hockey tables this week. Your knowledge and service was first class and cannot be faulted. Combine that with next day delivery and helpful extras such as the air hockey cover and care notice and you really did exceed my expectations. Hopefully we will now see additional rentals as a result of this purchase and it won’t be too long before we equip our second home in a similar manner.

Hi Ruth
We are back in UK now, and would just like to say a big "Thank You" for the supply and installation of the Eliminator Pool Table.
We are very impressed with the table, the accessories, the installation AND the installation guys!
We had to come away without finalizing the house due to some goods not being delivered - so will have to come back in about three weeks time to finish off. We will take photos then and I'll let you see the finished article if you're interested.
Once again, many many thanks for your prompt communication, sound advise, quick supply and exemplary installation.

I apologize for not getting back with you today. I think it is pointless to say but, “We love the table!” I truly enjoyed shopping in your store and the personal service you gave us. Your really did go above and beyond our expectations. It was obvious, even when they were just installing it, that it would be a bit tight but we still love it. Thank you again for helping us and be so willing to work with us! As I said, I would recommend you to anyone based on your high quality service and knowledge. I know we will be keeping our table for a long time and have already enjoyed it thoroughly in the last two days. Please let me know if I can ever do anything for you. Good luck with everything and we’ll stop by with some pictures if you like.

Thanks for the help when we visited in July. The guys delivered our foosball table as promised and it looks great. Thought I drop you a photo to show you how we fitted it all in !

Ruth & Co at Eastern Billiards are a top quality servic. They did exactly what they said they would do.
They were prompt and even returned the next day to install a air hockey table that I only just requested...! How's that for service.
If you are looking to have a pool table - I suggest you look no further and go with Eastern Billiards.

Here are a couple of pictures of our table. Thank you all very much for the patience with us . It is a wonderful addition to our new home. Everyone that has been in to see it has commented on how nice it is. The quality is outstanding. Leonard and Clint did a great job setting it up and were very courteous.

Its Wayne and Debbie Nix from Cumbrian Lakes.
We don't know if you remember us but we recently bought all our games room stuff from you.
We are now back in the U.K and just wanted you to know how great everything turned out for us. From worrying that we wouldn't get everything done on our trip to upgrade our house in the two week slot we had the games room was our biggest worry. In fact after being recommended by our management company Florida 1st it ended up being the easiest job sorted!
Your men arrived exactly when you said just a few days after our order and sorted everything out. They were efficient and courteous and it was ultimately a pleasure doing business with you. We would have no hesitation in recommending you.
We did call back but you were on vacation it said on the door. We have a triangle (rack) that’s too big for the balls you provided and wanted to swap it. Make a note if you will that we will be back on the 18th October and would like to call and swap it, buy some more pictures for the walls and let the kids stroke your dogs!!!!
Wayne said to let you know he thinks Mario is great! Let me know your new address as I am sure you must be due to move.

we wanted to thank you for your great customer rapport and your installers were awesome! We attached a few photos of the completed room so you can share with your other customers. We had our Company Xmas party at our house and everyone was asking where the table came from. Also, I want to thank the installers once again, they where awesome. One question, can I buy a bottle of the Orange Sol cleaner from you guys? While painting the room I got red paint on the carpet. One of the guys let me use it on the carpet and it actually removed the stain. I have tried goof off and other citrus cleaners but it will not work. I have been unable to find the product online for sale to the general public.
Once again thank you and we are extremely satisfied with our pool table.
