Warranties 

Eastern Billiards will assist you with any claim that you have for product defects covered under manufacturers warranty. In addition, Eastern Billiards will offer their own unconditional warranty for 2 years from the date of installation, to cover any problems that may arise related to table set up and installation. There are a couple exceptions to our warranty: ripping the cloth or scratching the cabinet of your table.  Unfortunately those items can happen with normal wear and tear or misuse of the table so they cannot be covered under our Service Warranty.
Everything else - leveling, jumped slate, broken pockets, bad rubber, loose cloth, broken billiard balls - most of this shouldn't happen and rarely does happen - all covered under our 2 Year In-Home Service Warranty.

Service can be paid by credit card at the time of booking the job, or in cash on the day of service.
